Below we inform you about the processing of your data in accordance with Art. 13 DS-GVO.

Processing purposes and legal basis: Data processing is carried out for the purpose of contract processing and payment or, if consent has been given, for sending newsletters.
The processing of your data is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DS-GVO for the fulfillment of a contract or Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DS-GVO is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party. Our legitimate interests consist in the fulfillment of the contract and processing of the purchase of inquiries and, if consent has been given, in sending current information in the form of newsletters.
Data categories and data origin: We process the following categories of data: Master data: Name, address, date of birth (optional), purchase history. Communication data: Telephone number, e-mail address, contract data: on sales contracts, receivables data, payment information, if applicable.
Recipients: We do not pass on your personal data to third parties. Excluded from this are our service partners, if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, such as financial service providers, Hermes Germany GmbH, Deutsche Post AG and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A..
Duration of storage: The data stored about you will be deleted after fulfillment of the contract and expiration of warranty periods after two years, provided that no other legal obligations to retain data are opposed. Such data includes commercial and financial data. In accordance with legal regulations, these are deleted after ten years, unless longer retention periods are prescribed or required for legitimate reasons. If you revoke your consent to the use of your data, it will be deleted immediately, unless there are reasons to the contrary as stated above.
Rights of the data subject: You may at any time request information about your data stored by us or request correction, blocking (restriction of processing) and deletion of your stored data and its processing. If legal, contractual or commercial or tax retention periods or other legal reasons prevent deletion, your data will not be deleted but blocked. Furthermore, you have the right to data portability in a structured, common format.
Right of objection: You have the right to object to processing.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Pursuant to Art. 77 DS-GVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful. Provision of data: The provision of personal data is contractually required or necessary for the conclusion of a contract, as we cannot properly provide our service without this data.
If the required personal data is not provided, this would have the consequence that a proper fulfillment of the contract would not be possible for us.
Automated decisions: Automated decisions in individual cases, including profiling, do not take place.
